What happens after the Planning Session?

Within 2 working days, you'll receive a written summary with a recommended first AI use case, suggested tools, and clear next steps. If a setup makes sense, you can move into the Done-for-You AI Setup — or take the recommendations and try things yourself.

Can I skip straight to a Done-for-You AI Setup without the Planning Session?

In some cases, yes. If you already have a clear idea of what you need, we can do a quick scope confirmation instead of the full planning session. But for most businesses, the planning session is worthwhile — it helps avoid spending money on the wrong thing.

Is the NZ$490 refundable if I decide not to proceed?

The planning session fee covers the session itself and the written summary. It is not refundable. However, if you proceed with a Done-for-You AI Setup within 14 days, a portion of the planning fee may be credited towards your setup — we can discuss this during the session.

How is this different from the free AI at Work Session?

The free AI at Work Session is a general overview of AI scenarios for business. The Planning Session is a focused, one-on-one session that looks at your specific business, your current tools, and recommends a concrete first step tailored to your situation.
