If you need something beyond the monthly plan, we'll let you know upfront and provide a separate quote. You decide whether to proceed — no surprises on your bill.

What counts as a 'small change request'?

Small changes include things like adjusting prompts, tweaking rules, adding new FAQ entries, minor workflow adjustments, or updating connected documents. Things like building a completely new use case or integrating a new system would be quoted separately.

How quickly are requests handled?

We process requests at an agreed rhythm — typically within a few working days depending on complexity. Same-day urgent work is not included in the standard plan but can be arranged at an additional cost if needed.

Do I need to have an existing AI setup to use this service?

Yes. Ongoing AI Support is designed for businesses that already have a working AI setup (whether built by us or by someone else) and want help keeping it running well and improving it over time.

What if I need something bigger than a small change?
